			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p><strong>JBS Implements CISCO Enterprise Contact Center at Zain</strong></p>
<p>Zain, the leading telecommunications provider in Jordan, chose JBS to install and implement its IP Contact Center (IPCC). The transition into IPCC has enabled Zain to invest in its human resources and capabilities more efficiently as a result of the new system.</p>
<p>The IP Contact Center is a feature-rich contact center application that has the capabilities to route customer contacts &#8212; via phone, email, web and fax &#8212; to customer service agents at the Zain facilities. The new contact center will help Zain handle customer service for its telecommunication offerings into a single &#8220;virtual&#8221; center. The IP Contact Center included a basic voice menu to assist in directing callers to the appropriate technical support team regardless of location or time of day.</p>
<p>This interactive system gave seamless support to customers with faster service, as well as self-service functions that eliminated the need to speak to an agent if a solution to the problem the customer is faced was already at hand. The new IPCC at Zain can now handle up to 400,000 calls per day, with almost 800 concurrent calls being handled each minute of the day. With the solution distributed over two sites.</p>
<p>The JBS design included capabilities with auto attendant, menu direction and skills-based routing, and other tools so Zain agents and managers can view specific information, such as how many calls are waiting (call queue) and call wait times, on their computers. The system also has a web view report component that allows managers to easily view supervisory reports. As a result, this will better enable Zain to manage its customer relationship management capacities, gaining operational efficiencies and cutting costs while at the same time improving the technical support provided to customers.</p>
<p>This solution from JBS has allowed Zain to take advantage of IP to simplify and reduce costs related to such challenges as engaging knowledge workers and remote staff more closely in a wide range of customer, vendor and partner interactions. The CISCO IPCC solution deployed by JBS has opened up new possibilities by allowing Zain to execute their visions of newer, more satisfying and more efficient ways of communicating with local customers.</p>

<p>Established in 2007, Itisaluna is the latest Iraqi National Wireless Fixed voice and data Telecommunications company to pioneer the Iraqi telecommunications sector through providing a unique bundle of voice and high-speed internet services.</p>
<p>- Itisaluna chose JBS to install and implement its new IPT Contact Center infrastructure; this four months undertaking began in December 2007, ending its last phase in March 2008, with Jordan being the initial staging place for the new pilot initiative.</p>
<p>The IPT Contact Center project involved the positioning and deployment of an IP telephony system in carefully chosen four sites across Iraq, with the international airport being the main site. The other sites that would make up the virtual center would be Baghdad, Basra and Erbil.</p>
<p>The IPT Contact Center application would route customers&#8217; calls</p>
<p>to a dedicated customer service agent at all of the Itisaluna facilities. The new contact center would handle voice and data simultaneously, and help Itisaluna handle customer service within its offerings. The IP Contact Center includes a basic voice menu to assist in directing callers to the appropriate technical support team regardless of location.</p>
<p>Bucher &amp; Suter, A Swiss Company specializing in IPCC applications was commissioned as a subcontractor to support JBS during the final phases of the project.</p>
<p>The IPT Contact Center Interactive System offers high-quality support to customers tagged with faster service, as well as self-service functions that eliminate the need to speak to an agent. The JBS design also includes capabilities with auto attendant, menu directions, and skills-based routing. Consequently, this will better enable Itisaluna manage its customer relationship management capacities within different parts of Iraq, retaining its already growing customer base. Itisaluna has also gained operational efficiencies and has cut cost while at the same time improving the support provided to customers in Iraq.</p>
<p>This solution from JBS has allowed Itisaluna to take advantage of IPT Contact Center to simplify and reduce cost related to such challenges as engaging workers and remote staff more closely in a wide range of customer, vendor and partner interactions. The IPT Contact Center system from JBS has opened up new possibilities for communicating efficiently with customers and responding to their needs.</p>

<p>One of Cairo Amman Bank’s challenges was to create a large series of ATM networks, allowing its customers access to widespread use to bank transactions anytime, anywhere. To empower customers, the Bank wanted to provide customers the ability to manage their money and access their accounts from locations all across the Kingdom.</p>
<p>With JBS being the sole authorized distributors of Diebold ATMs in Jordan, Palestine and Iraq, as well as the capability to provide 24/7 maintenance service for the machines, JBS was the ideal partner for Cairo Amman Bank to expand its ATM presence in Jordan and Palestine.</p>
<p>Cairo Amman Bank acquired a total of 100 Diebold Opteva ATMs, giving the Bank a total of 190 ATM machines, becoming the largest network in Jordan. Opteva ATMs provide customers with advanced transactions, with higher withdrawal capabilities and deposit automation. Cairo Amman Bank also singed a service agreement, which would provide support to ATMs across the Kingdom to maximize its capacity to help empower its customers.</p>
